1. Data Collection

We collect personal information when necessary for ticket purchases, account registration, and mailing list subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and we do not store payment details.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to process ticket bookings, manage user accounts, and send updates to mailing list subscribers. Guest ticket purchasers are not automatically added to the mailing list.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Registered users: Data is stored indefinitely unless deletion is requested.
  • Guests: If cookies are accepted, a random identifier is stored for one week and then deleted.
  • Mailing list: Users who request to unsubscribe, using the contact form on our website or by email, are removed from our records.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies for authentication, session tracking (if accepted), and Google Analytics to analyze website traffic.

5. Security & Storage

User data is securely stored. Passwords are hashed and salted for protection.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments and Google Analytics for website insights.
